Health Trainer services first started rolling out across England during 2006. Approximately 1200 Health Trainers have now been trained. The British Army and Royal Mail also have Health
Trainers within their organisations.

Depending on where you live can make a difference as to how long you live, Health Trainers are key in addressing these health inequalities. Each Health Trainer service has been locally designed and developed to help improve the health of local people.

North & North East Lincolnshire's Health services are free and targeted at anyone over sixteen years of age wanting to make any type of health change. Health Trainers are there when you need them and support you in achieving your goals. Health Trainers are local people based in your community.

Healthy Eating
Fitness
Stress/ Anxiety Reduction/
Improving Confidence
Giving up smoking
Reducing drug/alcohol
consumption
Safer sex guidance
